THE FOUNDERS
Castley’s marketing career began in food and beverage marketing and operations before joining hyper-growth start-up Hello Fresh. After completing a Masters of Management from the University of British Columbia, Castley continued her career in marketing and sales with Rise Kombucha before going on to work with apparel brands Smash + Tess, and later Londre Bodywear.
With extensive experience in campaign management, growth marketing, brand, and digital, Castley brings passion to brand development and strategic growth.

Hollie’s career began in fashion design but her natural love of all things brand aesthetic and talent for digital creation led her to founding Holden Collective - a consultancy for digital and design that allowed her to support the success of new and growing brands.
Lovingly referred to by colleagues as the ‘wizard of the web’, in the decade since Hollie came to Canada she’s honed her graphic design, web design, e-commerce, and email marketing skills within Holden Collective, and for apparel brands including Smash + Tess.
